Wer nicht für den Newsletter angemeldet ist, kann das auf der Telltale Homepage tun. Ich glaube wie gesagt nicht an ein Sam & Max 2, bin aber trotzdem sehr gespannt, was aus der Richtung kommt.Telltale HQ hat geschrieben:Hello from Telltale HQ!
First, we'd like to thank you all for tuning into Telltale, for your words of encouragement, and your earnest support of our endeavor. We may not always be able to answer your emails, but be certain that we read, and sincerely appreciate, each and everyone one of them.
Some of you may be trying to remember when you even signed up to join our mailing list... yes, we know our first communique has been a long time coming to you, our loyal fan, and we apologize for that. Rest assured, we have been busy-busy-busy working to form this company and tend to all the details that will translate into the great games you're waiting to play.
I guess you are wondering, "what has you too busy to update all the good people on the TTG mailing list???"
Well...
We're very happy to announce that Telltale is an Inc.... we're Incorporated! We now exist in a very real and legally binding sense! Aside from this important news, here are the highlights of the past few months activities:
1) Writing and finalizing a business plan (which is never really finalized) and chasing after investors (which is less fun then it sounds. Yes we know that doesn't sound fun - it's less fun than that). There's no doubt in our minds that Telltale will be a success, and through a clearer understanding of what it is we're trying to do, and how much you all want it done, the investment community is standing up and taking notice.
2) Painting the offices, building desks, and adding people to our staff. This is really exciting as more and more of our old friends join us at Telltale.
3) Looking for fun properties to develop. To that end, we have now secured the rights to an exciting license we know you'll all enjoy. Unfortunately, we can't name it yet, but we'll do so real soon!
4) Building the Telltale game engine. We have prototyped a couple of short pieces and are ready for production! While we line things up on the afore mentioned license, expect to see some good fun, real soon, on major game portals near you!
5) Upgrading and re-launching the website. Major props to C.O.O. Troy Molander, who insured everything went off without a hitch. We're very excited about the layout, the look, and the opportunity to more elegantly communicate with our community and the world at large.
6) Writing press releases and generating attention for our official launch. Check out Gamespot for some press. And thanks for your participation!
7) Writing Blogs. If you aren't checking them out regularly, you're missing out on the zany humor of Brendan Q. Ferguson. See his latest ramblings at http://www.telltalegames.com/blogs.
And finally... just being our fun-loving, hard-working selves. And on that note, we've got a special page on our site just for your browsing pleasure:

So, thanks everyone for the continued support and well wishes, it really motivates all of us here at Telltale. We'll keep in touch, and hope you'll keep checking in with us and participating in our growth (Telltale forum to come soon, really!) - we can't do it without you.
Let the fun commence!
The Telltale Team
