First of all, don't start a new thread about the same issue.

You've got to understand that everything about the starter pack is in german, the tutorial, the documentation of the additional functions, its community, everything.
THERE IS NO TRANSLATION YET.

If you still want to use the pack's graphics, download the resources seperately from this page:

The bottom three linked zips contain the characters, additional backgrounds and Maniac Mansion Deluxe's backgrounds.

Understand, that to test your pack game in english requires you to use an english translation file at all times, since the main GUI will be german otherwise. (English buttons are implemented in the pack but activated by the translation file.)

I'm not sure how expericened your are in working with AGS, if you are merely a beginner, I'd suggest doing something else first. The pack isn't exactly aimed at beginners.

And, most importantly, as of now, MMM is a german project and we intend to keep it that way. There will be occasional translations of episodes, but that's it. You might want to take a look at the Reality-on-the-Norm project, the english counterpart of MMM.

Perhaps you know a Native English Speaker who also speaks German? If he is also in possession of an immense writing talent like Wendy and enjoys Adenture Games I think many creators would love him/her to translate their games.
But translating an adventure game could be hard work (when I was young I tried to translate Leisure Suit Larry 1 into German but I got frustrated very soon and stopped). You'll have to rewrite many gags and you have to be a "Wendy" for making really good-sounding ingame-text.

OK, let's list what you did wrong:

a) You did not pose your question clearly
b) You did not use the searching engine (we already had that topic a few times before)

There are some translated episodes but if the episodes are translated or not, that's the decision of the authors. MMM has started as a German project and translated episodes are exceptions.

So what can you do? I don't know. At first play the English episodes or ask someone who speaks German if he could translate while playing. (As Kruttan already said)
