Woher kriegt man Installationsprogramme?

Wisst ihr, woher man ähnlich leistungsfähige Installationsprogramme, wie z.B. InstallShield oder Wise for Windows herbekommt?

Mit welchem Installationsprogramm wurde die KQ3-Remake- Installationsroutine gemacht? Würd gern ein eigenes Bild links in das Fenster einfügen, bisher konnte ich noch kein geeignetes Programm finden.

InnoSetup (http://www.jrsoftware.org/isinfo.php) ist nicht schlecht und läßt sich an eigene Bedürfnisse anpassen.
