Gibt ein umfangreiches kickstarter-Update zu JHatN.

- Es wird nicht mehr ein stand-alone Spiel, sondern episodisch*
- "Jack Houston And The Necronauts" ist nun der Name für die erste Season.
Die erste Episode heißt: Jack Houston And The Necronauts, Episode One: Land Of The Saucer Men
- Documentary auf YT Fantasy Workshop #1 , es sollen weitere Teile folgen
- Release im Dezember 2013 steht zwar noch im Raum, ist aber eher unwahrscheinlich
- Episode 1 kann für $9.99, die erste Staffel für $39.99 DRM-free vorbestellt werden

* Die erste Episode wird weiterhin so umfangreich wie das bisher geplante stand-alone Spiel.
* Die Seasons sollen Bestandteil einer großen Story werden, aber in sich abgeschlossen.
* Season One wird aus vier Episoden bestehen
* Vom Umfang her soll Episode 1 (nicht Season 1!) einem SQ4 entsprechen und schon in sich abgeschlossen sein, über den weiteren Umfang ist noch nichts bekannt
* Backer erhalten alle vier Episoden
* Die Big Box wird alle vier Episoden erhalten, also auch erst dann verfügbar sein

Lebt dieses Projekt eigentlich noch? Ich hab gerade versucht, ein bisschen was Neues zu erfahren, aber das letzte Videoposting auf Youtube ist vom Mai 2014, der letzte Beitrag im Forum sogar vom April und die Homepage verspricht nur ein Coming soon, keine Ahnung wie lange schon. Weiß wer was?

Danke k0SH. Okay, wenn man umzieht hat man wohl wenig Zeit für Spieleentwicklung. Ist das Zitat aus einem Backer-only Kickstarter Update? Gibt es irgendwelche Informationen, wie weit er mit dem Spiel ist oder vielleicht sogar ein paar Screenshots? Oder am Ende gar ein absehbares Releasedatum? Igendwas?

Release Date
Everyone has been so cool and patient about the release schedule, and I really want to thank each of you in this update and assure you that I am actually closing in on a new release date estimate. I'll certainly have a better idea once my negotiations with potential distributors have concluded, but either way I have a new schedule forming and I'll have a new target date nailed down soon. In the mean time, thank you for staying excited and sending me the positive vibes. Especially Rand, thanks for checking back and keeping up with the project!
