Difficulty level
Hi Ron & Gary!
Firstly, I'm really excited about this project, and now even with David Fox participating, fantastic!
My question is about the difficulty level: It will have two difficulty modes, just as in MI2. So are you actually also aiming for a comparable difficulty as in MI2 (which would be great), or will it still be a bit easier generally?

Like in Monkey Island 2, we'll have the two difficultly modes. We're shooting for the "hard" mode to be about the same difficulty as Monkey Island 1. Monkey Island 2 wasn't that much harder than Monkey 1, but it was longer and the puzzles more involved. Monkey 2 always felt a tad too long for me. It really hard to tell until we start finalizing the design, but it will be like a classic adventure game.

Thanks! Monkey Island 2 surely didn't feel too long for me, since I enjoyed it from start to end, but anything like Monkey Island 1 will be great!

I just replayed Monkey Island 2 and I felt like it started to drag a little trying to get the map pieces, but maybe that's because I forgot the puzzles and got stuck!

Well, I guess it wasn't the monkey wrench puzzle that you forgot...
