Ich bin durch Zufall ueber Clock Tower gestolpert
(ein klassisches Adventure fuer SNES, nicht mit dem Playstationspiel verwechseln)

Und ich finde es ganz gut.

Kennt ihr weitere klassische Adventures die nicht fuer PC erschienen sind?
Mit einem Emulator soll man die Games ja auch auf dem PC spielen koennen,
natuerlich nur wenn man das Original hat, aber es gibt ja ebay.

PS: Das game ist zwar nur in Japan erschienen, aber es gibt eine englische Version.

Wichtigster Vertreter der klassischen Adventures nur für Konsole ist sicherlich das im Screenshot-Rätsel Thread erwähnte "Blazing Dragons" für Playstation und Saturn aus dem Jahre 96.

Weuitere klassische Konsole-only Sachen kenn ich jetzt nicht. Wenns nicht 100% klassisch sein muss, kann ich noch Hamtaro Ham Ham Heartbreak aufm GBA empfehlen. Und Shenmue ist eigentlich auch nur eine Weiterentwicklung des Genres.

'Adventure' für den Atari 2600, ich glaube aus dem Jahre 1980.

Ist sogar im Prinzip ein 3rd Person Adventure. Man durchläuft Räume, sammelt jeweils einen Gegenstand, den man dann mit sich rumträgt. Diesen muß man an anderer Stelle durch Berühren eines anderen Gegenstandes einsetzen, dann verschwindet er und gibt einen Weg frei oder löst eine andere Reaktion aus. Gekämpft wird im Grunde nur mit dem Drachen, indem man ihn mit dem Schwert berührt, das ist aber soweit ich mich erinnere die einzige Action-Einlage.Man hangelt sich da auch von screen zu screen, indem man einfach an einer nicht verbarrikadierten Stelle aus dem Bild läuft.

Ist zwar sehr grobpixelig, aber durchaus als Adventure zu bezeichnen.

The Fish Files für den Gameboy Color. Published von Microids. Wollte es mir damals kaufen, aber der einzige Laden der es hatte, wollte dafür exorbitante 90 DM haben (Normalpreis für GBC Spiele war ca. 70 DM).

Game Description

Help three students recover their pets and save the world in this quirky cartoon adventure from Microids. As the title suggests, the game's plot spoofs the X-Files and its themes of FBI conspiracy and extraterrestrial influence. Three American college students, Dante, Korsellos, and Fritz, are given goldfish in the hope that caring for the little pets will instill a sense of responsibility. The adventure begins as the young men awaken one morning to find their finned charges missing. How could they ever suspect that the missing goldfish may be related to a secret visit from space-faring aliens?


The fact that these aliens resemble anthropomorphic fish is a clue, but players will need to guide their chosen character through 120 locations in seven different environments, speak with as many as 50 NPCs, and collect a backpack full of inventory items before this fish tale really comes together. Fish Files is presented through a "user-friendly" interface, designed to be accessible even to young gamers. 7th Sense and Microids have developed a "High Color Mode" technique designed to display up to 2000 colors on the small screen of the 8-bit handheld, allowing for rich backgrounds in the game's varied levels. ~ T.J. fand ich damals ganz nett. dürfte auch das einzige saturn only adventure sein, dass auch in europa rauskam.
