Aus einer Pressemitteilung von heute:

In case you missed it, Wadjet Eye Games recently announced that their upcoming adventure game, Old Skies, is being developed for Nintendo Switch.

In the meantime, two of the indie developer/publisher's bestsellers, Unavowed and Primordia, are already on the Nintendo eShop -- and as of today, they both have free demos!

Both demos include about an hour of gameplay, and people who choose to unlock the full game can transfer saves to continue their progress. See below for a synopsis of each game.

On sale through July 5: Both Unavowed and Primorida are 25% off on the Nintendo eShop for the next two weeks. This is the first time the Nintendo Switch version of Primordia has been discounted.

Gibbous – A Cthulhu Adventure ist auch auf Switch und derzeit reduziert auf vier Euro nochwas. Kann es aber nicht in dem Sinne empfehlen, da ich es selber noch nicht gespielt habe.

Normalerweise schaue ich hier nicht rein, da ich aber seit kurzem eine Meta Quest 3 mein eigen nennen darf, werde ich mir demnächst Sam and Max: This Time It's Virtual anschauen.

Kennt ihr das? Bzw. habt noch andere Tipps für einen VR/AR-Neuling?

Empfehlenswert finde ich z. B.

Vielen Dank für die ausführliche Liste.
PCVR, also Spieleberechnung auf dem PC, ist bei meinem Kartoffelrechner und dem bisher nicht so starken WLAN noch etwas eingeschränkt. Für GTA6 (vielleicht auch schon zu Gothic Remake) wollte ich den Kartoffelrechner nochmal aufrüsten. (bisher werkelt darin eine gtx 1080, reicht Half Life Alyx dafür?)

Das übertragen würde auch über Kabel gehen, aber wenn man schon ein eigentlich kabelloses Headset hat, dann will man natürlich auch so weit es geht kabellos bleiben.

Einige der genannten Spiele gibt es ja auch nativ für die Quest 3

Habe Alyx mit einem i7 8700 und einer GTX1080 auf einer Quest2 gespielt, das lief gut. Wobei die Quest3 eine 30% höhere Auflösung hat und es dann eventuell eng wird, aber prinzipiell könntest du dann die Auflösung auch etwas reduzieren.

Mit meiner ollen Fritzbox 7530 (ohne AX) war die Bildqualität über WLAN okay, aber schon merklich schlechter als mit einer Kabelbindung. Da müsstest du einfach mal schauen, wie es bei dir läuft und was deine Präferenz ist. Mir persönlich war die Bewegungsfreiheit dann doch wichtiger und ich bin beim Spielen über WLAN geblieben.
